The 6th District of the Department of Florida American Legion serves veterans, families and the communities in Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Sumpter counties. There are 26 Legion Posts, 17 Auxiliary Units, 17 SAL Squadrons and 11 Legion Riders Chapters within the District.

The next 6th District Family meeting will be held at Post 347 in Lady Lake on March 7, 2026 with check in starting at 9:30 AM. Check the calendar for other events around the District. 

Legion Family – If your meetings or any activities are available over ZOOM, NetMeeting or other ONLINE method,  please let me know so that we can update it on the lists.
